Of Counsel Rachel Roberts (Seattle) will speak on a panel, "Mid Columbia Adjudication," at Landau Associates' Water Law in Eastern Washington Conference, on May 16. Larry Martin (Attorney, Halverson Northwest Law Group) and Duane Mecham (Senior Attorney, Department of Interior) will join Rachel on the panel.
